Andrew Ognall

Andrew Ognall has a substantial work experience in the legal field. Andrew began their career as a Partner at Foster Pepper from 1997 to 2009. Following this, they worked as a Partner at Roberts Kaplan LLP from 2009 to 2010. Andrew then joined Lane Powell PC as a Shareholder from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2023, they served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Umpqua Holdings Corporation. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President/IMO GC at Umpqua Bank from March 2023 onwards.

Andrew Ognall attended Cornell University from 1989 to 1993, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Government. Andrew then went on to study at Lewis & Clark Law School from 1994 to 1997, receiving a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
