Blair O'Brien

Blair O'Brien is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Umpqua Bank since March 2023, Blair previously held the same title at Columbia Bank from January 2007 to March 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Vice President at First Independent Bank and US Bank.
