Mike Collum has a long history of working in the banking industry. Mike started their career at Bank of America in 1974 as a Vice President in the Airline/Aerospace Industry division, where they worked until 1983. Collum then joined Rainier Bank/Security Pacific Bank as a Vice President in the National Banking Division, a role they held from 1984 to 1992. Mike then returned to Bank of America as a Vice President in the Seattle Metropolitan Commercial Banking division from 1992 to 1999. Collum briefly joined Washington Mutual as a Vice President and Bellevue Commercial Banking Center Manager from 1999 to 2003. Mike then moved on to Cascade Bank as a Vice President in Business Banking from 2005 to 2007. Collum's most recent position was at Umpqua Bank, where they held two roles. Firstly, they were a Senior Vice President and CBC Manager/Commercial Relationship Manager from 2007 to 2017, and then transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President and Credit Manager, a position they currently hold.
Mike Collum has obtained an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco. Mike has also obtained a certification in "Performing under Pressure" from LinkedIn in 2021.
