Ricky Adams

Ricky Adams has extensive experience in the banking and agricultural industries. Ricky currently holds the position of Senior Commercial Relationship Manager, VP at Umpqua Bank since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Relationship Manager, VP at KeyBank from 2017 to 2022. Ricky also has experience at Northwest Farm Credit Services, where they served as a Relationship Manager/AVP from 2012 to 2017 and as a Relationship Manager - Credit Division from 2009 to 2012. Before entering the banking industry, Ricky worked as a Cougar Connector at the WSU Office of Recruitment from 2008 to 2009. Ricky also gained experience as an Intern - Commercial Agricultural Lending at Northwest Farm Credit Services in 2008. Ricky started their career as a Field Scout at Agrimanagement, Inc. from 2004 to 2007.

Ricky Adams attended Washington State University from 2005 to 2009 where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics & Management.
