Masaharu Jesse Kakumoto

Masaharu Jesse Kakumoto is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, specializing in global services, HR technology, and policy development within international organizations. Currently serving as Chief of HR Global Services and HR Technology, Data and Analytics at the World Food Programme since December 2019, Masaharu oversees various HR functions, including employee life cycle administration and strategic HR data analytics. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Policy Officer at UNRWA, Human Resources Manager and Specialist at UNICEF, and Human Resources Officer at UNFCCC and FAO. Masaharu holds an MBA in International Strategic Marketing and HRM from the Swiss School of Management and a Bachelor's of Science in Economics from the European University-Republic of Macedonia.
