Uwe Stoltenberg

Lean Portfolio Management Agilist at UN Climate Change

Uwe Stoltenberg possesses extensive experience in project management and software engineering, currently serving as Lean Portfolio Management Agilist at UNFCCC since June 2016, where Uwe introduced a scaled agile framework to support the Climate Change Conference (COP 26) and led the implementation of DevOps principles within the ICT department. Prior to this role, Uwe worked as Project Management Officer and Lead Software Engineer at UNFCCC from May 2006 to December 2015, spearheading initiatives such as the Data-Centre Consolidation Project and the migration of critical applications to SharePoint 2013. Uwe also served as CEO of itx software from January 1993 to December 2006, developing software systems to help clients comply with environmental legislation. Uwe holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Produktionstechnik from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
