Joy Deep Tiwary

Joy Deep Tiwary has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Joy Deep is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Una Brands, where they are responsible for building and scaling the product and engineering teams. Joy Deep is also implementing NetSuite ERP for financial and accounting flows and developing the operational backend with microservices.

Prior to their current position, Joy Deep Tiwary worked as the Vice President of Engineering at Design Cafe. In this role, they led the engineering team from January 2021 to July 2021.

Joy Deep Tiwary also has significant experience at Decathlon Sports India, where they served in multiple roles. As the Chief Information Officer - India, they managed the IT team and played a key role in launching the Decathlon India mobile apps and an Order Management System. Joy Deep also worked as the IT Team Manager for retail and supply chain, focusing on process optimization and efficiency improvement through IT tools.

Before their time at Decathlon, Joy Deep Tiwary worked as a Business Analyst - Manager at Godrej InfoTech Ltd. There, they implemented CRM systems and streamlined the reporting process for the sales and marketing division.

Joy Deep started their career as a Software Engineer at Patni Computer Systems Ltd, where they served as a Team Lead. Joy Deep successfully led a team of engineers in development and enhancement projects and received recognition as the Employee of the Month for their work on the ROQS project.

Additionally, Joy Deep Tiwary gained professional experience through a Summer Internship at United Bank of India during their academic years in 2011.

Joy Deep Tiwary completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from Anna University from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a PGDM in Finance from K J Somaiya Institute of Management from 2010 to 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Joy Deep Tiwary obtained several in 2021.
