Janis Bogdasarovs

Janis Bogdasarovs serves as the Group Chief Legal Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at UnaFinancial since May 2018, overseeing legal operations and corporate governance. Simultaneously, Janis holds lecturer positions at both the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Latvia since September 2014. Prior experience includes leading the Corporate Unit at 4finance from October 2015 to May 2018, and serving as an associate at COBALT Legal from September 2010 to October 2015. Janis has also contributed to various educational programs as a lecturer at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and as a guest lecturer at the Riga Graduate School of Law. Janis' educational background includes degrees in Law and Commercial Law from Latvijas Universitate and Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as an executive education program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
