Florence Kiambi

Florence Kiambi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banking operations and management. Currently serving as Business Operations Manager at Unaitas since June 2018, Florence leads a team across 28 branches, ensuring the continuous improvement of operational procedures. Prior to this, Florence held key positions at Bank of Africa from May 2010 to May 2018, including Assistant Manager of Operations Support and Regional Operations Manager, where significant contributions were made in enhancing operational efficiency and mitigating losses. Earlier roles at I&M Bank and Equity Bank Limited provided a strong foundation in back office operations and customer service. Florence holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management and a Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Accounting and Economics from the University of Nairobi.
