David Mencin

David Mencin has work experience as the Director of Data Services at UNAVCO, a non-profit organization that supports geodesy, Earth Sciences research, education, and workforce development. David was responsible for managing a large network of geodetic instruments and a big data facility and archive. Prior to this, they worked as the CTO and Founder of Intuicom Inc. - Wireless Solutions.

David Mencin has an educational background in geophysics and geodesy. David obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Geophysics and Geodesy from the University of Colorado Boulder. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Their undergraduate studies were also completed at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics.
