Collette Bruce

Collette Bruce has extensive work experience in risk and compliance, primarily in leading roles. Collette is currently working at Unbabel as the Risk & Compliance Lead, where they manage various risk and compliance activities, including compliance program development, policy and procedure implementation, and ISO certifications. Previously, they worked at PwC Middle East as a Director, focusing on corporate governance, risk management, and internal audit solutions. Collette also has experience at PwC as a Risk Assurance Manager, handling risk assessment and assurance activities. Overall, Collette has a strong background in risk and compliance management, with expertise in developing frameworks and implementing efficient processes and controls.

Collette Bruce completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons) degree in Accounting from the University of Strathclyde from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Taylor High School from 1999 to 2005. Collette is also a Chartered Accountant certified by ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs, starting in 2013. In terms of additional certifications, Collette obtained various certificates including Introduction to Generative AI and Introduction to Responsible AI from Google in 2023, and Driving business towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2022.
