Kadri Järvpõld

Kadri Järvpõld is a seasoned professional in community optimization and project management, currently serving as the Senior Community Optimization Lead at Unbabel since July 2021. In this role, Kadri acts as a communication bridge between Operations and Product, spearheading product development initiatives based on community feedback, and managing key projects including pilot initiatives and optimization strategies. Previously, Kadri held multiple positions at Teleperformance, focusing on community management and esports, notably with Supercell's Clash Royale, where responsibilities included stakeholder management, tournament planning, and product feature development. Kadri's educational background includes a BA in History from the University of Tartu and a certification in Front-End Web Development from Wild Code School.
