Helen Chang

Helen Chang has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of data analytics and digital strategy. Helen started their career in 2003 at ACM Media, where they worked as a Designer/Developer and later became a Team Lead. Helen then joined Simon Fraser University as a Digital Strategist, where they worked for seven years. In 2017, they transitioned to PNI Digital Media Ltd as a Digital Analyst. Helen further advanced their career at Mogo, where they held the positions of Senior Digital Analyst and Manager, Digital Analytics from 2018 to 2023. Recently, they joined Jobber as a Product Analytics Manager and is currently a Data and Analytics Team Lead at Unbounce.

Helen Chang has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. Helen also holds a Senior Management Certificate in New Media Design and Web Development from British Columbia Institute of Technology. In addition, they have obtained a UBC/DAA Award of Achievement in Digital Analytics in 2016 from The University of British Columbia.
