Leandrea Taylor

LeAndrea Taylor currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at American University and as the CEO of Sprout Wonder Schools, an institution focused on providing an academically rigorous and inclusive preschool education. In addition, LeAndrea Taylor works as an ELA Specialist for UnboundEd.org, promoting the idea that all students deserve a just education. Previous experience includes roles as Director of ELA at Compass Community Schools and Director of Literacy at Gestalt Community Schools. LeAndrea Taylor has a long tenure with Shelby County Schools, where the role was Instructional Leader Professional Learning Coach. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from The University of Memphis, where studies commenced in September 1999 and continue.
