Taruna Uppala

Taruna Uppala has extensive experience in customer support and onboarding, currently serving as the Director of Customer Onboarding and Customer Support at Unbxd Inc., a Netcore Company, since December 2019. Prior roles at Unbxd include Associate Director of Customer Support and Manager of Technical Support, focusing on client e-commerce optimization and timely integration. Starting at Unbxd in April 2016 as a Customer Success Manager, Taruna was the main point of contact for clients regarding product discovery and offerings. Before joining Unbxd, Taruna worked as a Search Analyst at Yahoo from August 2014 to April 2016, providing analytical support to account managers. Taruna holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from PES University (2012-2014) and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution (2009-2012).
