Ray Bolger

Ray Bolger currently serves as the Director of Athletic Equipment Operations at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where responsibilities include establishing the equipment operations for Olympic Sports programs and overseeing the university's inaugural Nike apparel and footwear contract since October 2017. Previously, Ray was promoted to Area Manager at WIS International in under four months and successfully managed logistics and operations for the Northern Virginia office. As the Head Equipment Manager at the College of the Holy Cross, Ray oversaw budgeting and procurement for 25 athletic programs, while earlier roles include Assistant Director of Athletic Equipment and Facilities at John Carroll University, focusing on inventory management for 21 sports programs. Ray holds a Master’s Degree in Non-Profit Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Sociology from John Carroll University.
