Beth Willis

Beth Willis currently serves as the System Executive Director of Enterprise Support Services at UNC Health, a position held since August 2008. Prior roles at UNC Health include System Director of Operational Efficiency, Senior Quality and Organizational Excellence Leader, Management Engineer, and Quality Leader. Prior to UNC Health, Beth worked as a Quality Manager at Workplace Options from 2004 to 2008. Beth holds a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned between 2005 and 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Studies from the same institution, completed between 1998 and 2002.
