Zoya Segelbacher

Zoya Segelbacher is the Founder & CEO of Uncapped, a sales platform that focuses on improving diversity in tech sales and providing networking opportunities and B2B sales education. Prior to starting Uncapped, Zoya held various managerial roles at Gong, Braze, letgo, Netomi, Medallia, and NatureBox, gaining experience in sales enablement, business development, and account executive roles. Zoya holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Hotel Management from Cornell University.
