Mike Ciesla

Mike Ciesla is currently the CFO at Unchained Capital. Prior to this, they served as an advisory board member for Bound from November 2012 to June 2020 and Savara Pharmaceuticals from March 2011 to February 2021. Mike was also a consultant for Bridgepoint Consulting, LLC from February 2007 to October 2010. From November 2012 to July 2020, they were a fractional CFO for Wide Open Media Group (Acquired by Publishers Clearing House). Additionally, they were the managing partner for Pecan Street Partners LLC from October 2010 to August 2017. Other notable positions include Trustee & Chief Restructuring Officer for Introgen Liquidation Trust from June 2009 to April 2016 and CFO for nLine Corporation from November 2001 to January 2007. Mike began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1996 where they worked in business advisory, assurance, and taxation until 2001.

Mike Ciesla began their educational career by obtaining a BBA and Master in Professional Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Mike then became a Certified Public Accountant through the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.

They work with Kayla Costa - Internal Operations Manager, Parker Lewis - Head of Business Development, and Will Cole - CPO. Their manager is Joe Kelly, Co-Founder & CEO.
