Chelsea Fuller

Chelsea Fuller currently serves as Principal Fellow at Uncommon Schools since July 2020 and has held the position of High School Co-Principal of Teaching and Learning at Unity Preparatory Charter School of Brooklyn since July 2015. In this role, Chelsea oversees the design of assessments and curriculum, sets instructional vision, and manages academic programming and staff training. Previous experience includes serving as a Middle School Literacy Coach and English Department Chairperson, where significant improvements in student proficiency were achieved. Chelsea's early career includes teaching English Language Arts and Social Studies at Harlem Children's Zone, as well as roles focused on research and college access at the University of Pennsylvania and UCLA. Chelsea holds a Master of Education in Secondary Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies from UCLA.
