Lawrence Xavier Bierria

Lawrence Xavier Bierria is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in casting, operations, and technology support. Currently, Bierria serves as the Founder and Casting Director at Collab Casting while also working as an IT Support Analyst at Uncommon Schools and as the Director of Operations for the Summer Youth Film Institute at The Cinema Collaborative. Previously, Bierria held roles such as Artistic Director at Alamo Shakespeare Company and Endpoint System Tech at Ithaca College, alongside acting in the Ithaca College Department of Theatre Arts. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Ithaca College, earned in 2019.
