Jen Matic (van der Straaten) is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in brand marketing and design. Currently serving as Global Senior Creative Director at Under Armour since August 2020, Matic also holds the position of Founding Member on the Global Marketing DE&I Council. Previous roles include Senior Director of Creative at Banana Republic and various creative leadership positions with notable clients during a contracting phase. Matic's diverse career includes contributions to prominent brands such as Nike, Tommy Hilfiger USA, and The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Matic's academic credentials include a BFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design, as well as executive education at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
