Jennie Ritter

Jennie Ritter serves as the Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Under Armour since April 2015, overseeing daily operations of the Office of the President and CEO and facilitating leadership meetings and board presentations. Previously, Jennie held various roles in business planning and operations, including partnering with executive leadership to craft strategic business plans, leading global operations initiatives, and enhancing corporate strategy execution. Prior to Under Armour, Jennie was an Asset/Retail Manager at The Bozzuto Group, managing a 300-unit residential building and retail spaces while reporting directly to ownership on financials. Jennie holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The Catholic University of America.
