Joe Alemany

Joe Alemany, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Global Payroll at Under Armour since August 2022. Previous experiences include Director of Payroll Operations Americas at Spotify for a brief period in 2022, and Director of Payroll at LifeStance Health, where responsibilities included national payroll strategy direction and management of payroll integration for acquisitions. From 2015 to 2021, Joe held the position of Senior Vice President for Controllership - Payments at Synchrony, overseeing global payroll and payment operations, having initially been recruited to launch global payroll operations following Synchrony's spin-off from GE Capital. Joe's earlier roles include Director of Payroll at Coach, Manager of Payroll & Compensation at Coty US LLC, and positions at Interboro Systems Corporation, H.E.L.P Homeless Services, and Ziff-Davis Publishing, contributing extensive expertise in payroll management across various organizations and global settings. Education was completed at SUNY Empire State College.
