Kristin Pickett Herber

Kristin Pickett Herber is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and risk management. Currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Under Armour since November 2013, Kristin leads the litigation and global brand protection teams for the company. Prior roles include Senior Counsel at the Maryland Office of the Attorney General and Partner at Tydings & Rosenberg LLP, where Kristin handled a variety of disputes ranging from intellectual property to employment law. Kristin began the legal career as an Associate at Whiteford, Taylor & Preston and further honed skills as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Arrie W. Davis. Kristin holds a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a BA in Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
