Julia Sviderska

Julia Sviderska is the Head of Talent Acquisition at UnderDefense Cybersecurity, where Julia builds and leads recruitment teams, fosters a culture of continuous learning, and partners with Hiring Managers to define strategic recruitment plans. Prior to their current role, Julia worked at Ciklum as a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Account Lead and at Lohika as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Researcher. Julia also has experience as a HR Recruitment Manager at OTAKOYI, a HR Recruiter at entdecke.net® DMC GmbH, and an English Language Teacher at Tzov "Umbrella+". Julia holds a Master's degree in economics and foreign languages from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
