David Crow

David Crow, CSP, CUSP, serves as the Director of Safety for California at Underground Construction Co., Inc., since July 2021, leading a team of safety professionals for multiple companies supporting the three major utilities. Prior to this role, David worked at Quanta Services, Inc. from March 2020 to July 2021 as the Safety & Training Manager, Team Lead, and earlier as Manager - Safety & Training II, providing support to Quanta's Operational Units in California. From August 2017 to March 2020, David held positions as Field Safety Manager and Field Safety Advisor at Professional Safety Solutions, LLC, acting as the Utility’s Representative Safety Advisor for the construction of a Greenfield 500Kv Switching Station and the demolition of a 220Kv Substation.
