Isolde Andouard

Isolde Andouard is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the CEO of IRO PARIS since February 2024, Isolde previously held the CEO position at Undiz from November 2021 to January 2024, overseeing the lingerie brand under the Etam Group. Isolde founded IAL, focusing on Greater China Strategy & Operations, and provided strategic support to brands like Jacquemus and A.P. Additionally, Isolde was the CEO for Asia Pacific at ba&sh from October 2016 to September 2019 and served as Deputy CEO Asia Pacific at SMCP, managing the launch and operations of multiple brands in the region.
