Felicia Vacarelu

Felicia Vacarelu is an experienced communications strategist currently serving as the Communications Lead for Digital Transformation at UNDP, where leadership is exercised over a team to enhance communication and engagement strategies. Prior roles include serving on the Board of Directors for ACMP Global, focusing on change management practices, and managing communication at UN Global Pulse, a key initiative of the UN Secretary-General on big data and AI.
