Yrika Vanessa Maritz

Yrika Vanessa Maritz currently serves as the Head of Experimentation at UNDP, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Yrika held various leadership positions at the Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM), including Director for the Centre for Management & Leadership Development and the Regional and Local Government Business Centre, where responsibilities encompassed capacity building, research, and consultancy services. Yrika's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration and Management, a Master of Public Administration, and several honours degrees in Public Administration, Clinical Psychology, and Psychology and Sociology from esteemed institutions such as Stellenbosch University and the University of Namibia. Additionally, Yrika earned a diploma in Marketing and Advertising from IMM Graduate School.
