Kylie Scharf is a marketing all-rounder with experience leading consumer marketing, go to market strategies, channel marketing, paid marketing, growth acceleration, and more. She has spent 10+ years in various marketing roles in beauty, e-commerce and tech industries. At L’Oreal, Kylie owned several franchises and new launches on the Maybelline US Marketing team. She then moved onto Essie nail polish to lead digital marketing, including content strategy & creation, website optimization, e-commerce growth and paid media strategy. In 2017, Kylie moved to Seattle to join Amazon, where she worked on multiple highly-visible, diverse projects such as Kindle lifecycle marketing, mass automated emails, and the launch of a new-to-world virtual experience product. After leaving Amazon, Kylie joined a tech startup in the e-commerce space where she managed the marketing team and served as a marketing thought leader for the company. Throughout these experiences, Kylie developed a passion for combining creative out-of-the-box thinking with deep diving into customer data to deliver truly effective marketing strategies. She is excited to help build iconic brands by drawing on learnings and insights from her many years of varied marketing experiences. Currently, she is the Head of Growth Marketing at Une Femme Wines.

Kylie Scharf attended The Johns Hopkins University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a concentration in East Asian Studies and Marketing.
