Thomas Hartman

Thomas Hartman has held various roles in the wine and beer industries since 2011. Thomas began their career as a Loan Processor for Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union in 2011. In 2013, they moved to Northern Brewer as a Sales Associate. In 2014, they worked as a Brewer and Apprentice Brewer at Sigtuna Brygghus. In 2015, they were the Head Brewer at 7 Locks Brewing. In 2016, they were a Brewer at Atlas Brew Works. In 2017, they became the Global Innovation Brewer at ZX Ventures. In 2019, they were the VP Brewing and Innovation at Bira 91. In 2020, they were the Founding Partner at Three Waters Capital and the Vice President of Operations at BevSource. Thomas is currently the Director of Operations at Une Femme Wines.

Thomas Hartman obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Miami University in 2010. In 2012, they attended the University of St. Thomas. In 2014, they completed a Master Brewer program at the Siebel Institute of Technology, where they studied Brewing Technology, Wort Production and Fermentation Science. Thomas also obtained a Master Brewer certification from the Siebel Institute and World Brewing Academy.
