Ouafa Belgacem is an experienced professional with a diverse background in cultural management and international collaboration. Currently serving as a UNESCO 2005 Convention Experts Facility member and Digital Africa program Ambassador, Ouafa also holds the position of Civil Society Department Manager at the Anna Lindh Foundation, overseeing a network of over 4000 civil society organizations. Previously, Ouafa co-founded and led Culture Funding Watch and Resources Mobilisation Digithon, fostering connections within the creative and cultural sectors. With experience as a jury member for Nordic Culture Fund and WOMEX 2023, as well as past consultancy roles at UNESCO and Oxfam GB Myanmar, Ouafa brings significant expertise in cultural policy, entrepreneurship, and project evaluation. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Management from Université Paris Dauphine and multiple master's degrees in Heritage, Architecture, Ancient Studies, and History.
