Rossella Salvia

Rossella Salvia currently serves as the Head of the Centre for Learning & Partnerships Development at UNESCO, a position held since November 2020, focusing on human resources partnerships and the learning and development of UNESCO staff. Previously, Rossella worked at UNESCO from May 1994 to September 2010 in various roles, including Coordinator of Human Resources Partnerships, where the establishment of HR partnerships with various sectors and the management of Young Talent Programs were key responsibilities. In earlier positions, Rossella coordinated substantial HR initiatives, including the Leadership and Change Management Programme, and managed recruitment and development programs aimed at enhancing diversity and gender balance. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at the United Nations and Training Manager at Industria Farmaceutica Cesare Serono and Schiapparelli 1824 S.p.A.
