Jaime Christman

Jaime Christman, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee experience management and strategic HR partnership. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Experience at UNFCU since March 2019, Jaime oversees initiatives that enhance employee engagement within a not-for-profit financial institution dedicated to serving United Nations staff and families globally. Prior to this role, Jaime held various HR positions, including Lead HR Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist at ProHEALTH Care, where responsibilities included performance management and employee relations for a large medical practice, and Human Resources Manager at Mediacom Communications, overseeing corporate HR operations.
