Rosa Vidarte

Rosa Vidarte is a Senior Development Officer and Head of the Solutions, Livelihoods and Socioeconomic Inclusion Unit at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, since August 2020. Previously, Rosa served as an Economist and Research Officer for the Global Education Monitoring Report at UNESCO from July 2016 to July 2020. Additional experience includes consulting roles at The World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank, as well as a position as a Research Fellow at the Inter-American Development Bank's Research Department. Rosa began their career as a Research Assistant at GRADE. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Affairs in Economics and Public Policy from Princeton University and a B.A. in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, along with studies at Turun yliopisto and Åbo Akademi University.
