Kelly Hsieh started their work experience in 2005 as a Sales and CRM Intern at Microsoft. Kelly then worked as a Digital Marketing Analyst at F.biz from 2008 to 2009. In 2011, they were a Procurement and Sourcing Analyst at Comexport. From 2012 to 2015, Kelly worked as a Student Recruitment Specialist at Study Group, where they led student engagement activities and provided training to partner educational agencies. Kelly then joined Cambridge Education Group and held two roles: Regional Manager ONCAMPUS USA (Taiwan and HK) from 2016 to 2017 and Recruitment Manager ONCAMPUS UK/EU (South East Asia) from 2015 to 2016. In 2018, they worked as the Operations Manager at First Code Academy and as the Sales and Business Development Manager (South East Asia) at UTP High Schools. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager and Business Development APAC at Unibuddy, where they are responsible for key account management and developing new business in the APAC region.

Kelly Hsieh has a diverse and extensive education history. In 2004-2008, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communications from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. In 2007-2008, Kelly attended Peking University where they completed a certificate program in Chinese Language Studies. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master's Degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from FIA Business School in 2010-2011. Most recently, from 2019 to 2020, Kelly attended Lund University and earned a Master of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
