Idir H. has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Idir started their career in 2011 as a Co-founder and SEM Director at SKN CORP, where they managed website projects, conducted graphic design work, and implemented social media and SEO strategies.

In 2012, they moved on to Investance as a Strategy Manager, focusing on developing and implementing strategic plans. Idir then joined BNP Paribas as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the deployment of a Big Data Data Warehouse for the bank's Wealth Management division.

In 2014, Idir became a Big Data & Analytics Solution Partner at CSC, advising clients on traditional business intelligence and advanced analytics technologies. Idir specialized in designing and integrating big data solutions into clients' application landscapes.

In 2016, Idir co-founded Vizili.com, a smart property advisor platform in Singapore that offers customized property search and recommendation services. Idir also worked as the Head of Digital solutions & RPA at Newtone consulting, focusing on digital workforce, robotic process automation, and artificial intelligence.

Idir took on the role of Marketing Advisor at Horangi in 2018, before becoming the Innovation Director at Unica and the Director of Product Marketing at HCL Software in the same year.

From 2017 to 2019, they served as the CMO for Kobol Innovations, where they spearheaded the marketing, design, video, and social media campaign for the Helios4 crowdsourcing campaign, which achieved a 7% conversion rate on Kickstarter.

Throughout their career, Idir has demonstrated expertise in marketing, project management, strategy development, and integrating innovative technologies into business operations.

Idir H. completed their Master's degree in International Finance from ESCE International Business School between 2003 and 2007. Idir pursued further education at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in IT & Project Management in 2008. In addition to their formal education, Idir H. has obtained various certifications including PSM1 - Scrum Master from Scrum.org in February 2018, Inbound Certification from HubSpot in July 2019, Digital Sales, AdWords Search Certification, and Google Analytics from Google in September 2017.
