Kristi Burnham

Kristi Burnham has extensive experience in employee engagement, professional learning, and community engagement, currently serving as Vice President at UNICEF USA since June 1999. Burnham oversees initiatives aimed at retaining and developing employees through a culture of learning that emphasizes courageous leadership and collective growth. Previously, in roles such as Vice President of Professional Learning and Leadership Development and Community Engagement, Kristi developed training programs, established the Global Citizenship Fellow Program, and created a successful online volunteer platform. Prior to UNICEF USA, Burnham held positions at the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, Inc. and the Metro Atlanta Chamber. Academically, Kristi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising/Marketing from The University of Georgia and certifications in Strengths Coaching and Change Management.
