Akbar Nugroho

Akbar Nugroho has extensive experience in aviation and logistics, currently managing the supply unit at UNICEF since October 2021, overseeing the donation of 15 million COVID-19 vaccine doses for the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Prior roles include serving as an operation close-out consultant at IDLO since September 2019, and previously as a logistic manager from April 2015 to December 2018. Akbar's background also includes significant contributions to the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) as a ramp operations manager, and roles at Etihad Airways, PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta, Tbk, and Saudi Arabian Airlines Catering, focusing on operations management, logistics, and aviation safety. Akbar holds a diploma in Air Transport Management from Universitas Trisakti, obtained in 1997.
