Aya Sophia Toure

Aya Sophia Toure is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Officer with the Senior Leadership Support Team at UNICEF since October 2018. Prior roles at UNICEF include Consultant for Senior Leadership Support and Consultant in the Recruitment Center of Expertise. Aya also gained experience as an HR Intern in the JPO Unit and worked as a Research Assistant at CRIFPE (University of Montreal) from October 2013 to September 2018. Additionally, interned as a Personnel Research Psychologist with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and served as a Graduate Assistant for Student Life & Events at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Aya holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Concordia University, along with a Diploma of College Studies in Social Sciences from Marianopolis College.
