Lauren Rumble

Lauren Rumble is the current Associate Director for Gender Equality in the Programme Division at UNICEF. Lauren has been with UNICEF since May of 2009 and has held the position of Chief of Child Protection since November of 2013. Lauren is a highly experienced and respected international development professional with a wealth of experience in child protection, gender equality, and human rights.

Lauren Rumble has a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge in International Relations and Affairs. Lauren also has a Doctor of Philosophy from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) in Public Health. Lauren's Bachelor's Degree is in Economics, Law, and Psychology from the University of Cape Town.

They are on a team with Mark Hereward - Chief Data Officer, Associate Director, Division of Data, Analysis, Planning and Monitoring, George Laryea-Adjei - Director, Evaluation Office, and Jean Gough - Director, Regional Office Latin America and the Caribbean.
