Madeline Quinlan

Madeline Quinlan, CFA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in behavioral science and finance. As the Founder of Salient since September 2018, Quinlan leverages expertise as a Behavioural Scientist with UNICEF and hosts the Uncovery Podcast. Additionally, leadership roles include Head of Membership at GAABS and a prior position as Behavioural Finance Expert & Wealth Product Manager at ATB Financial. With a background that includes serving as a Global Behavioural Scientist for the United Nations and research experience at NEST, Quinlan's earlier career features roles at ICE NGX as Team Lead and Clearing Risk Analyst, as well as positions at Solium. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Science in Behavioural Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a CFA Charterholder designation, and dual Bachelor degrees in Commerce (Finance) and Arts (Psychology) from the University of Calgary, complemented by a certification from Santa Clara University.
