Melania Niken Larasati

Melania Niken Larasati is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in child protection, education, and health initiatives. Currently serving as the Oky Global Project Manager at UNICEF since March 2022, Melania leads the development of an innovative mobile application aimed at improving menstrual health education for girls in low- and middle-income countries. Prior experience includes roles as Oky National Coordinator at Ruangguru and Impact Manager, where Melania concentrated on bridging educational gaps in underserved areas of Indonesia. Previous positions at UNICEF Indonesia and Church World Service involved advocating for children's rights and ensuring the welfare of unaccompanied minor refugees. Melania holds a Master of Arts in International Child Rights and Development from King's College London and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and International Studies from Monash University and Sciences Po.
