Rohini Sampoornam Swaminathan is an experienced professional in geospatial analysis and risk management with a robust background in humanitarian and developmental sectors. Currently serving as the Head of the Geospatial Unit at the World Food Programme since May 2022, Rohini leads a team of experts and contributes to the Global GIS Strategy. Previous roles include Emergency Specialist at UNICEF, where Rohini conducted global risk analysis and provided technical advice, and Geospatial Project Coordinator at the World Food Programme, focusing on mapping and partnership initiatives.
