Kathan Blair

Kathan Blair's work experience begins in 1999 with their role as Controller and Co-founder at Satellite Warehouse Inc. Kathan then worked as CFO and Co-founder at Recycle For Scholarships from 2002 to 2003. Starting in 2001, Blair worked as an Accountant at Unicity International, Inc. until 2006. Kathan then joined KPMG as a Senior Auditor, where they were a top performer and gained experience in various industries such as Wood Products, Transportation, Retail, Internet Advertising, Biotech/Pharmaceutical, and Health Care. In 2009, Blair returned to Unicity International, Inc. as the Director of Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting until 2012, when they were promoted to Vice President of Finance. In this role, Blair oversaw product costing, tax mitigation, international regulatory compliance, transfer pricing, cash forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, treasury, strategic planning, cost savings, and risk management. Unicity has significant operations in various countries around the world. Lastly, since 2016, Blair has been working as the Chief Financial Officer at Performance Labs.

Kathan Blair pursued a Masters degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University between 2002 and 2006.
