Maria Polubelova

Maria Polubelova is an accomplished QA professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and testing management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of QA at Unico Play since December 2024, Maria has effectively built teams and developed testing processes, also focusing on release management to ensure delivery stability. As a Course Instructor at MAXIMA, Maria designed and teaches the Fundamentals of Software Testing, helping over 20% of students secure jobs in the field shortly after completing the course. Previous roles include Head of QA at Холдинг Samgau, where Maria led testing processes for multiple products and facilitated new hire onboarding, as well as Head of QA at Digital Industrial Platform, managing quality assurance processes and team coordination. With a tenure at Jet Infosystems, Maria successfully built a QA department from scratch and implemented an internship program that secured permanent contracts for trainees. Maria holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Technology from Moscow State Technological University "Stankin."
