Head Of Non-financial Risks at UniCredit Bank Serbia

Natasa Petkovic has a diverse work experience in the banking and consulting sectors. Natasa started their career as an Office Administrator at IHTM, Center for research and development in 1995. Natasa then worked as a Financial Advisor at Videl doo in 1996, followed by a role as a Junior Consultant at Ekonomski institut Srbija in 1997. Natasa joined Deloitte Serbia in 1998 and worked as a Supervisor Audit until 2005.

In 2005, Natasa joined UniCredit Bank Serbia as a Credit Risk Manager for Key Corporate Customers. Natasa was responsible for risk assessment of the Key Corporate portfolio and actively communicated with the competence line in Vienna. Natasa was later promoted to the role of Senior Credit Risk Manager for Key Corporate Customers, where they continued to assess risks for clients in the credit committee's competence.

Natasa then transitioned to the Head of Monitoring Department (Corporate & Retail) role in UniCredit Bank Serbia from 2010 to 2012. In this position, they were responsible for delinquent customers in the Corporate and Retail segment, identifying early warning signals and implementing action plans.

From 2012 to 2021, Natasa served as the Head of Retail Credit Operations (Retail Risk) /CRO Division at UniCredit Bank Serbia. Their responsibilities included overseeing the entire retail credit risk process, managing subordinated risk teams, supporting sales in defining Bank's products and processes, and actively contributing to the enhancement of underwriting processes. Natasa also played an active role in defining the retail strategy and credit process.

In 2021, Natasa became the Head of Operational and Reputational Risk/CRO Division at UniCredit Bank Serbia, where they held the position until 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Non-financial Risks at the same company.

Natasa Petkovic completed their high school education from peta ekonomska skola between 1984 and 1988, where they focused on statistics and informatics. Following this, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Belgrade from 1988 to 1992.
