Christian Winkler

Christian Winkler has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Christian currently holds the position of Managing Director - Global Head of Commodity Sales at UniCredit, a role they assumed in 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit - Deutschland, starting from 1997. Christian'sroles at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit - Deutschland included Managing Director - Head of Commodity Sales Germany, Director - Head of Commodity Sales Germany, Director - Commodity Sales Germany, and Associate Director - Commodity Sales Germany. Before joining HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit - Deutschland, they had a traineeship at DZ BANK AG and an internship at Pioneer Investments.

Christian Winkler completed their education at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 1999 to 2004, earning a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration). Prior to that, they attended Oskar-von-Miller-Gymnasium from 1987 to 1996, where they obtained their Allgemeine Hochschulreife (General University Entrance Qualification). Additionally, Winkler obtained a certification as a Commodity Advisor from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in 2009.
