Simona Murru

Simona Murru is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of the People&Culture Process Simplification team at UniCredit since April 2022, focusing on the simplification and digitalization of processes. Murru's extensive career at UniCredit from April 2004 to February 2022 involved various leadership roles including HR Transformation Budget & Projects Manager and Senior HR Project Manager, among others. Prior to UniCredit, Murru gained experience as an HR Business Partner at A.T. Kearney, HR Coordinator at Framfab, and personnel administration roles at Ernst & Young. Additionally, Murru worked as a freelance translator/editor early in the career. Murru holds a Master’s Degree in Modern European Language and Literature from Università degli Studi di Torino and a Master’s Degree in Labor Law from Scuola di Formazione IPSOA.
